I’ve had a of couple people contact me asking how the Primal Health Coach training was going.

I have 5 sections left before I complete the program. When I’m finished I’ll share my new certifications here.

Taking the training is helping me to refine my own primal eating and exercise plan. I’m seeing more improvements in my general fitness levels as a result. I think the Primal training is also helping me do a better job of combining primal eating with eating low oxalate. It’s a delicate balance, but both seem to be important factors in my health.
