I’ve developed a new class for local people. Starting on November 30, 2017– that’s the Thursday AFTER Thanksgiving, I will be teaching a 6 Week Primal Boot Camp at the Opelika Sportsplex. Class starts at 640 pm, and runs for one hour.
Each week I’ll introduce students to at least one Primal concept along with one Essential Primal Movement. We’ll network and support each other as class members begin to make the switch to a Primal lifestyle.

In this 6 week class, students will learn:
What is the Primal Lifestyle and how going primal may improve health, fitness and balance
How to fit Primal eating into your everyday life
What are the Primal Essential Movements, and how to do them correctly.
What are Sprints? What effect do Sprints have on the body?
Which fats to eat, which fats to avoid and how to encourage the body to burn more fat
What’s the Primal Blueprint Carbohydrate Curve?
How Intermittent fasting can help improve health
Much more.
Each class session is developed to be a stand-alone unit, so don’t feel shy joining us after the first class session. Material handouts will be available through the Sportsplex FB page.

Where: Opelika Sportsplex — Upstairs in the group exercise room
Cost: Free to members of the Opelika Sportsplex. Non-members should contact the front desk for information on attending the class.
