I’ve been quiet here for way to long. I’m not at liberty to give any kind of explanation other than to say that “life” happens. We had some pretty intense private life events going on here. Dealing with and managing the situation has taken up the majority of my free time for the past several months. We’re all fine, and nothing catastrophic happened. If you know me or my family well then you’re already aware of the situation.. and, if you know us in passing or we talk on-line, you can probably guess. For the rest of you, please accept my apologies.
What’s new is that I have decided to accept local, as well and distance clients for both Primal coaching and general natural health coaching. I’m focusing less on the natural health writing and more on working directly with individuals and groups.
I’m also considering adding podcasts and video discussions to the resources available here at msquill. But, I’m not sure if readers would find these things helpful.
If you have a minute, I’d appreciate it if you left a comment telling me if you, personally, would listen to a podcast offered on natural health topic, and if you would be interested in watching short video demonstrations covering diet, exercise, herbs, Reiki, EFT and other natural health related topics.

I like short videos and would be willing to watch them. As for podcasts, I find them, often, too long to hold my attention. I really prefer short segments (up to 15 minutes). While I am sure I could listen to something longer, I find I am less apt to start it because it feels too long. However, I know a lot of people who love podcasts and have no problem with the length.
