I am experimenting with EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique.  EFT is a method of balancing the energies in the body that pertain to an emotionally charged memory or thought. The idea is that your energy becomes unbalanced in response to an upsetting circumstance, then that imbalance will effect your actions and thoughts, making it more difficult for you to cope with the event.

EFT was developed by Gary Craig, and it’s used by energy psychologists, standard psychologists, MDs, and others as one method of helping people overcome the emotional hang ups that hold them back from achieving their goals.

Right now I’m reading The Promise of Energy Psychology – Revolutionary Tools For Dramatic Personal Change by David Feinstein, Donna Eden, and Garry Craig.  I’m finding the book to be a good resource for learning EFT.

When I finish this one, I will read The EFT Manual by Gary Craig to get another viewpoint of the technique.
