What’s it like to work with a coach?
During your initial appointment, we’ll talk about your life, health, family, and goals. You’ll get an opportunity to ask questions, and learn about me.
What happens next depends on the plan and type of coaching you choose. In general, we’ll meet every week or two to talk about the goal you’ve chosen, your successes, and the challenges you’ve faced in meeting those goals. We’ll explore different natural health techniques, and you’ll decide which are right for you in your life.
Each coaching session is different because each person has different needs, goals, and desires. Individual sessions are tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Group coaching sessions are designed around the common needs of those in your group.
