It seems that a lot of people have really good results with eliminating meat, dairy and gluten from thier diet.
I was a vegetarian for 10 years. Then, 4 years ago, I became pregnant with my son and started craving meat. I gave in, and went back to meat eating. Shortly afterward I started having pain and stuttering and numbness.
A couple months ago, I went back to eating mostly vegetarian. Occasionaly, I slip and eat a burger and I *do* notice a difference.
I’ll have to try eliminating dairy and gluten, too and see if that makes a difference.
