Mini Challenges

I ran across this challenge list on Mark’s Daily Apple today.

There are 41 challenges. I’ve decided to try to complete each challenge for one week, and then go back and repeat my favorites. Maybe some of these will become daily habits.

My favorites for daily habits are:

1 – go for a 15 minute walk after every meal

33 – Let yourself get hungry before eating

32 – Put down the phone

31 – Use Candles and firelight after dark.

But, really, I love them all.
